Spiritual Practice - Labyrinth Walking

  • 22 Sep 2026
  • Renfrew Ravine Park, 3900 Renfrew St.

The Worship Circle would like to encourage folks to deepen their spirits by engaging in different spiritual practices. We can't be all things to all people,so it's good that there are lots of wonderful opportunities all around the Lower Mainland. This month we'd like to encourage you to try alabyrinth walk. Walking the labyrinth is an ancient practice of walking meditation, following the path of the labyrinth thinking of a spiritual question or looking for guidance - walking to the centre then walking to the end/beginning.

On September 22, the Autumn Equinox, there will be an opportunity to walk the labyrinth at Renfrew Ravine accompanied by live music. It is free, but you need to get a ticket.

There are other labyrinths in the Lower Mainland:
Vancouver Unitarians
Lynn Valley United Church
St. Paul's Anglican
St. John the Evangelist Anglican

We acknowledge that we live on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the kʷikʷəƛ̓əm (Kwikwetlem First Nation), which lies within the shared territories of the Tsleil-Waututh, Katzie, Musqueam, Qayqayt, Squamish, and Sto’:lo Nations. We thank the kʷikʷəƛ̓əm who continue to live on these lands and care for them, along with the waters and all that is above and below
